On the demand of cost reduction and preparing control process, TianLi developed the Low Temperature Cascade Chiller (the refrigeration capacity is 60,000 kcal/h with -85℃ evaporating temperature) which was applied to the Haerbing Pharmaceuticals Group firstly.
In recent years, TianLi continue to develop and perfect the Low Temperature Cascade Chiller System. The Chillers have been applied to the medical production of amoxicillin, 7ACA and cephalosporin in many famous pharmaceuticals corporation such as Haerbing Pharmaceuticals Group, HeBei ZhongRun Pharmaceuticals Corporation, XianTai Pharmaceuticals Corporation, LuKang Group, and ZhongHe(NeiMengGu) Limited Corporation. All of these corporations have achieved good economic returns and stable product quality.
Tian Li's theoretical and practical knowledge of refrigeration technology has led to the development of a modular design of low temperature chiller for industrial applications. Each chiller is integrated with modular blocks to ensure the performance to meet the custom’s requirement.
