Built from a range of standard modules Lyofast offers pharmaceutical manufactures high quality, flexible lyophilisation, ideal for high volume, low-cost production of parenteratls.
Built from pre-engineered modules, the Minifast and Lyofast ranges offer pharmaceutical manufactures high quality, flexible lyophilization capacity which is ideal for cost effective production of parenterals.
The ranges have been introduced in response to the increasing pressure on pharmaceutical companies for individual machines required in short lead-time. BOC Edwards has drawn on its considerable custom engineering and systems integration experience to develop the new standard ranges, which represent excellent value for money.
Options available with Lyofast include clean-in-place (CIP) and sterilize-in-place (SIP). Furthermore, Lyofast employs double-stage, semi-hermetic, reciprocation or screw compressors for reliability and BOC Edwards¨s own world-leading vacuum pump technology (including oil-free ＾dry￣ systems which eliminate oil contamination).
Lyofast lyophilisers comply with international cGMP guidelines for cleanliness and sterility, GGAMP4 documentation and eSignature for CFR compliance is available.
